Who Wings49 Hub is for

Every Wings49 Hub account has exactly one primary role. Payer is a booking responsibility, not a separate role. Choose the profile that matches how you plan to use the platform.

One account, one primary role. Payer responsibility is decided per booking and does not create another role.

Candidate

Candidates can discover training and services, manage their Service and Training Plan, submit requests, control the sharing of personal data, accept payment responsibility where applicable and follow requests, bookings and service progress.

  • Candidates may register independently.
  • They do not need an Employer or Recruiter to use Wings49 Hub.
  • They may be interested only in language training, professional training, recognition, relocation or any other single service.
  • They can be connected to one or more relevant organisations where supported.
  • They remain in control of consent for their personal data at all times.

Recruiter

Recruiters coordinate services around Candidates they support and cooperate with Employers and Service Providers.

  • Support connected Candidates through their Service and Training Plan.
  • Recommend appropriate training and services.
  • Coordinate plans and requests.
  • Order services where authorised.
  • Accept payment responsibility where agreed.
  • Cooperate with Employers and Service Providers.
  • A Candidate does not require a Recruiter to use Wings49 Hub.

Employer

Employers support one or several Candidates or employees and can coordinate services with or without a Recruiter.

  • Register independently.
  • Connect with one or several Candidates or employees.
  • Use Wings49 Hub without a Recruiter relationship.
  • Recommend or order services for connected Candidates.
  • Accept payment responsibility for confirmed bookings.
  • Follow the progress of authorised service requests and bookings.
  • The term "Candidate/employee" is used carefully — not every Candidate is legally an employee.

Service Provider

Service Providers publish their services and training, receive consent-compliant requests and deliver directly to Candidates.

  • Create and maintain a public Provider profile.
  • Publish configurable services and training offers.
  • Receive consent-compliant requests.
  • Accept, decline or request clarification.
  • Coordinate confirmed bookings.
  • Deliver services directly to the Candidate.
  • Issue their own invoices directly to the payer.
  • Record their invoice reference and paid/unpaid status. A Service Provider cannot be the payer.

Optional relationship models

Wings49 Hub does not require one fixed chain. Below are valid ways people use the platform.

A. Full Wings49 ecosystem

Candidate → Recruiter → Employer → Service Provider

B. Direct Candidate use

Candidate → Service Provider

C. Employer-supported (no Recruiter)

Candidate → Employer → Service Provider

D. Training-only interested person

Independent Candidate or interested professional → Training Provider

E. Employer with multiple people

Employer → Candidate A · Candidate B · Candidate C. Each Candidate may use one or more Service Providers.

Relationships support coordination, but they are optional. Candidates can use Wings49 Hub independently, and Employers can support Candidates without involving a Recruiter.

One account keeps one primary role. Users do not switch roles.
