Independent coordination

How Wings49 Hub works

From finding the right support to a completed service.

Wings49 Hub brings international skilled professionals, recruiters, employers and vetted service providers together on one independent platform. Whether it is a language course, recognition of a qualification, relocation or support with settling in Germany, Wings49 Hub keeps the process transparent, responsibilities clear and the sharing of personal data under the candidate's control.

Important: a recommendation or a request is not yet a booking. A payment obligation only arises once all required consents are in place and the booking has been formally confirmed.

Phase 1

Discover and request

Find the right kind of support and describe the actual need without any commitment.

  1. 01

    Find a service

    Discover the support that fits

Browse the marketplace for training and services, or follow a recommendation from your personal service and training plan.

  2. 02

    Submit a non-binding request

Describe the need and the desired outcome

The ordering party selects a service and describes what kind of support is needed. Depending on the permissions in place, the ordering party may be the Candidate, a Recruiter, an Employer or an authorised Service Provider.

Phase 2

Data release and selection

The candidate decides which information is shared. The right provider is chosen and the request is reviewed on its substance.

  1. 03

    Control data sharing

The candidate decides which data is shared

Before any personal data or documents are transferred to a Service Provider, the candidate sees exactly which information is required and for which purpose it will be used.

  2. 04

    Choose a Service Provider

Select or assign a suitable provider

Depending on the service, the ordering party can select a suitable Service Provider from the marketplace or use a recommended one.

  3. 05

    Provider reviews the request

The Service Provider assesses the concrete need

The selected Service Provider reviews the released request. They can accept, decline or ask for further information.

Phase 3

Terms and payment responsibility

Scope, price and cost bearer are clarified. Only with the cost bearer's explicit acceptance and the following confirmation does the booking become binding.

  1. 06

    Agree the service and terms

    Clarify scope, price and delivery

Before booking, the essential terms are reviewed and agreed. These may include scope, price, duration, dates, delivery mode and cancellation terms.

  2. 07

    Nominate the cost bearer

Clarify who will pay for the service

The ordering party nominates the intended cost bearer. This can be the Candidate, the Recruiter or the Employer. A service can also be offered free of charge. The Service Provider cannot be the cost bearer themselves.

  3. 08

    Confirm payment responsibility

    The cost bearer explicitly agrees

The intended cost bearer receives the agreed terms and actively confirms that they are willing to take on payment responsibility.

Phase 4

Confirmation, delivery and closing

The booking becomes binding, the service is delivered and the outcome, invoice reference and payment status are documented.

  1. 09

Confirm the booking and deliver the service

This is where the agreement becomes binding

The booking is confirmed once the Service Provider has accepted the service, the cost bearer has agreed and the terms are set. Only with this confirmation does binding payment responsibility arise.

  2. 10

Record the closing and payment status

The Service Provider invoices the cost bearer directly

After or in line with the agreed service, the Service Provider issues their invoice in their own name directly to the confirmed cost bearer.

Invoicing

Direct invoicing. Clear responsibility.

The Service Provider issues the invoice to the confirmed cost bearer in their own name and receives payment directly.

Wings49 Hub coordinates and documents the process. The platform records only the booking, the cost bearer, the Service Provider's invoice reference and the reported payment status. Responsibilities stay transparent and the commercial relationship between Service Provider and cost bearer remains unambiguous.

  • does not accept payment for the service
  • does not issue the Service Provider's invoice
  • does not pay Service Providers
  • does not distribute funds
  • does not become the seller of the booked service

Note on platform or lead fees

If Wings49 Hub charges a Service Provider a separate lead or platform fee in the future, that is a distinct service provided by Wings49 Hub to the Service Provider. It is billed clearly separately from the invoice for the actual service.
