Right of Withdrawal

Wings49 Hub is a coordination platform and is not the seller of the services listed on the platform. The following information concerns the contract concluded directly between a consumer and a service provider.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform the relevant service provider (not Wings49 Hub) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, the provider will reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which they are informed about your decision to withdraw. Where a service has already been performed in part at your explicit request during the withdrawal period, you must pay the provider an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the provider has fully performed the service and only started performance after you expressly consented to it and confirmed that you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance.
